RESERVATION Information
Thank you for choosing Scrap Ramona! Please review our policies below and email us a reservation request after you check our calendar. Once we receive your request, we will contact you to confirm your desired reservation date.

Let's get the rules out of the way first to help you determine if ScrapRamona/The Raggedy Inn is your best option!

❤This is a non-smoking facility.

❤Women only, age 21 and over, unless otherwise arranged with the owner.

❤All guests will be required to complete an emergency contact/liability waiver prior to your stay.  This is due at time of final payment.

❤No one is allowed in the house except the immediate party that has booked the retreat and signed contracts and liability waivers.  The hostess (group coordinator) is held accountable for any damages to The Raggedy Inn caused by their group.

❤Maximum occupancy is ten guests, unless otherwise arranged with the owner.

❤Using the pool is at your own risk.  The pool is closed from October through May.  The Jacuzzi is not operational.

❤The house is on a septic system.  Please do not flush anything down other than toilet paper.  If there is clogging and we find it is related to feminine products or anything other than toilet paper, you will be held responsible.

❤The fireplace is not to be used. 

❤We love animals, but sorry, no pets allowed.

...is not liable for any loss, damages or claims resulting for any reason whatsoever for any events outside of the control of the Inn including but not limited to: theft, loss of power, utilities, service interruptions (cable, internet), etc.  

...and its owners are not responsible for accidents, lost/stolen goods or acts of God.

...reserves the right to cancel your retreat due to unforeseen circumstances and will either give you a full refund or your choice of a new date.


Regular and Security Deposit
To hold your retreat date, a $250 deposit is required within 7 days of confirming that your date is available.  Your requested date will be released back into inventory if we do not receive a deposit within that time frame. Please send payment (friends and family) to:  thestampqueen@yahoo.com or contact me at theraggedyinn@gmail.com if you would like to mail a check. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
In addition, a security deposit of $250 for the group is required and is due with the final payment 30 days prior to your retreat. The security deposit is paid separately to the owner of the retreat and will be refunded within 14 days of departure as long as:
1.     No damage is done to Scrap Ramona beyond normal wear and tear.
2.     No items are found damaged or missing from Scrap Ramona.
3.     No one in the party has been evicted by law enforcement and/or the neighbors have not complained.

Final Payments
Balance is due 30 days prior to your reserved weekend.  If the balance is not paid by the due date, your reservation will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
 If a cancellation is made more than 30 days before check-in; a refund will be given.  If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, no refund will be given. No refunds will be given for no-shows. All cancellations must be given in writing to theraggedyinn@gmail.com. Cancellation dates will be determined by postmark or time stamp.  It is your responsibility to ensure that the owner has received your cancellation request.
